Refund Policy
Effective as of June 20, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on Inhank Cloud and any Inhank website or application that links to this policy or incorporates it by reference. By adding credits to your wallet or paying for a node, you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service.
No refunds
All payments made to Inhank are final and non-refundable. This includes, without limitation:
- Wallet top-ups — credits added to your prepaid wallet, whether used or unused.
- Node charges — amounts deducted to run a project for a billing period.
- Bonus and referral credits — promotional credits issued at our discretion, which carry no cash value.
We do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including unused credits, partial billing periods, downgrades, cancellations, or accidental purchases.
How our prepaid model works
Inhank Cloud uses a prepaid wallet. You add credits in advance, and launching or renewing a project deducts the price of the selected node for a fixed period (currently 30 days). Renewals are manual — we never auto-charge your payment method. Because we never charge you automatically, you remain in full control of every payment before it is made.
Wallet credits
Wallet credits can only be used to pay for Inhank Cloud services. Credits are not transferable, hold no monetary value outside the platform, and cannot be withdrawn, converted, or paid out as cash.
Cancellation
You may cancel a project or stop renewing it at any time. Cancelling stops future charges, but it does not entitle you to a refund for the current period or for any remaining wallet balance. Any paid period already started will continue until it expires.
Failed or duplicate payments
If you were charged due to a technical error, a duplicate transaction, or a payment that was captured without credits being applied to your wallet, contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate and, where we confirm an erroneous charge, credit your wallet or reverse the transaction at our discretion. This is the only circumstance in which an adjustment may be made.
